Choose a business, a personal space, or both when you sign up. Each has its own team, its own context, and a wall between them.
For your business
Tell it what the business does once. Your staff answer clients, write, research and follow up, and bring you anything that goes out.
For your life
Tell them about you once. They plan your week, add up your spending, grow your profile and hunt for your next job, and ask before acting.
Nothing in your personal space is visible to your business, its team or its clients.
Not a chat window you have to remember to open. Your agents work on a schedule and come to you.

Team chat
Ask once. The agent with the right tools answers, and brings in a colleague when it needs one. Every hand-off is on the page.
Vera · Competitor watch
Each competitor's Instagram followers, new posts and best post, compared with yesterday and with your own numbers.
Juno · Personal assistant
Juno reads your Google or Outlook calendar and plans focus time around what's booked. Nothing is added until you approve.
Penny · Money
Upload a statement. Penny adds it up in code rather than guessing, hides account numbers, and finds the subscription you forgot.
Connect an app once, then choose which agents may use it and whether they ask first. Anything else reaches Desker through a webhook or the support inbox.
On the way: WhatsApp, Email, GitLab, Linear, Jira, HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom, BambooHR, Rippling, Gusto.
Handing work, or your life admin, to an AI is a big ask. So it drafts, and you decide.
Kai wants to send an emailTo Dana at Litware. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
Re: quote for 40 drills
Thanks for the detail on the site fit-out. For 40 drills we can do the trade price, each with the 24-month warranty. The one-page quote is attached.
Why Kai is asking: You asked me to follow up Thursday's meeting. This is the follow-up, with the quote from your notes.
What Nova does on her own
It stops and asks you when a request involves money, a legal commitment, or agreeing to a date on someone's behalf.
Asked Nova: lead Monday's post with how easy a claim is

Waits in Needs you until you decide
A new agent cannot publish or send anything. You allow that yourself, per agent and per tool.
Posts and emails wait in Needs you with the full text. Approve, edit or reject — from your phone.
Agents answer from your documents and cited web pages. When the answer isn't there, they say so.
Every run, draft and decision is recorded: who did what, and when.
A personal space can't be shared or reached from outside. Nothing trains AI models. Download or delete it all yourself.
Each agent has a rule for handing off. When it applies, the agent stops and brings in a person.
Nine for your business, six for your own life. Pick one and change anything: its job, its voice, its documents, when it asks you.

Explore roleNo vague promises: here's what you get now, what's not there yet, and what we plan to charge after.
Planned, and may change before launch. Nothing is charged during the beta, and after it nothing is charged until you choose a plan yourself.
Right now. Create an account and go straight in. Desker is still in testing and needs your feedback.
Both. When you sign up you choose a business, a personal space, or both. A business gets AI staff that work with clients and your team. A personal space gets assistants for your own life: money, your week, social media, your career, travel and learning.
Yes. Under Alerts, add LINE, Telegram, Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams or email, then choose what you hear about: approvals, failures, digests, and a morning brief at the time you pick. You can reply "brief", "news" or "pause" from the chat. WhatsApp is coming.
Yes. Pick "Both" at sign-up, or add the other one later from the switcher at the top of the sidebar. They are separate spaces with separate assistants, context and history; nothing crosses from one to the other.
It has one member, you, and nobody can be invited in. Its assistants have no public chat link or widget. Account and card numbers in uploaded statements are masked before any AI reads them. Nothing you share trains an AI model, and you can download or delete everything yourself from Your space.
It searches the documents you upload, researches the web with citations, drafts posts and emails, plans around your calendar, adds up bank statements, schedules its own follow-ups and hands work to a colleague. In a business it can also answer clients on a chat link or a widget on your site.
No. There is no tool for paying, buying, booking or signing anything. The money manager reads statements and tells you what to change; the travel planner finds the options; you do the booking.
No. Every agent starts in draft-only mode, so posts and emails wait for your approval. You can loosen that per agent and per tool once one has earned it.
From what you told it, the documents you upload (PDF, Word, Markdown, text, CSV) and cited web pages. When the answer is in none of them, it says it doesn't know rather than inventing one.
Today: email through your own Resend account; a support inbox that takes customer messages from any helpdesk, website form or Zapier/Make zap and reports back when each is answered; Google Calendar, Slack and GitHub; and publishing through a webhook. Desker doesn't post to LinkedIn, X or Instagram directly: it sends each post you approve to a Zapier or Make zap, which posts it. HubSpot, Intercom and Salesforce are on the way.
Nothing you upload is used to train an AI model. Every space is readable only by its members, and a personal space only by you. Saved credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Data is stored with our hosting and database providers, Vercel and Neon, and deleted when you delete your account.
About five minutes: answer four questions, pick a role, upload a document if you have one, try it, switch it on. The app has a step-by-step guide for each part.
Open to everyone and still in testing. Sign up and tell us what works and what doesn't.
